A Rewards Membership can be unlocked with an annual membership fee that can be made in person or over the phone.
The cost for a membership: Adult: $95.00 Child 17 under: $55.00 - Payment of Dental Membership:
Call our friendly staff on 95704007 and pay over the phone or arrange for payment in person. - What is included: All dental treatment except cleanings and consultations.
